rock on, october, it's been swell

Sorry for those of you where it's already November! But this house is so cool you should watch it anyway. Also, Nightmare Before Christmas song? Classic forever. ♥ I love that the soundtrack is applicable to two holidays. :D

Today I made SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE and it was SUPER DELICIOUS. I also helped cook and clean (I actually enjoy cleaning, so it's okay) since three this afternoon because my mom had house guests. It was more like Thanksgiving than Halloween, honestly, with the amount of food we were putting out. Then I had candy duty for the kids in the neighborhood. Unfortunately it's super cold and rainy, which means the trick-or-treaters are fewer than they would be otherwise. Sucks. The kids are adorable.
