Danny Briere, still Mr. Clutch. (I miss you, boo! At least we'll always have fic.) In other news, the Flyers are meh and the Canes are slated to be abysmal this year, especially with their multiple injuries. I cringe just thinking about it. I'll have the Blues and Liverpool and the Panthers to distract me, I suppose, but ugh, sports. Why.

I did not call Sungmin being the first out of Suju to get married. Good for him, though. I guess we're all getting to that age. It's weird to think we've been growing alongside this band...

Jesse Eisenberg did a thing. It is about cats and involves fake Hawaii. I am too overwhelmed by feelings to find this anything but embarrassingly endearing. (Endearingly embarrassing?)

I took a trip to Taiwan last week with thyme_hawthorne! It was humid and rainy and so worth it for all the food and endless cosmetics and night markets and food, did I mention food? Someday I need to make another trip to Singapore too. I could easily live happily in Asia, I think, if not for the rest of my life at least for a good 3-5 years.

And in the news -- I keep reading articles and comments that make my blood pressure rise, so I will just leave them alone for now. Work is relentless amount of news, most of it disheartening. I'm always going to be glad to be, well, "well-informed" might be stretching it when it's cable news, but at least it keeps me up to date on headlining stories and mentions enough that I can do additional reading into things to be more informed.
