happy 2017

In effort to be proactively positive rather than dwelling on the things that make me unhappy or go wrong, here is a list of things so far in 2017 that have been good or have made me happy:

-reading while it storms outside
-beautiful blue skies and warm weather (75F now, wtf)
-adorable angry Yurio fanart
-a great phone call with Michelle just catching up/venting about parents with someone who gets it
-this Starbucks near my apartment is open early and has seats/outlets and functions as a pretty good alternative for my home office and I'm getting that vague social interaction with the world
-rewatching the K/S scenes from STID last night gave me feelings
-made some bitchin beef in the slow cooker
-finished The Gentleman by Forrest Leo which was hard to get into initially but picked up pace into a pretty fun read
-reading a fun fantasy ebook now (Clean Sweep by Ilona Andrews)
-water is amazing; please hydrate!
-I have chile limon chips
-AT&T fixed our internet, which was down for 2 days!
-my brother and I had a decently communicative text convo
-Blues won the Winter Classic, heyo, nice job
-Fresh Off the Boat is back this week
-the Moana soundtrack is still fabulous
