august (slipped away into a moment in time)

August updates: cancer sucks, the job has its ups and downs but I am a little further away from rage-quitting any moment (let's see if I make it to 5 years in January), and I'm deeply into Formula 1 fandom now. Sure love to pick the richest, most racist sports that are the worst for the environment! (Unfortunately, the interpersonal and team drama is so good and I love the personalities and narratives. And find some of these dudes hot.) (It's the worst, they're all millionaire playboys on yachts.)

Turning 36 this week and it will be good! I have a lot to be grateful for, to make it to 36. There will be good food (there always is).

How to spend less time online and more time in books? I'm working on it, but I'm also reading a lot of F1 fic and content.
