I've figured out how to download videos from Daum. HAH. It only took me three hours trawling the net and forums where people would convert files for you but not tell you how. Who needs you? I've figured it out on my own!

The point is, guys. That this video? The one that streams from Korea and thus takes about THREE HOURS to load? But the one that you know you are all dying to see because it is a Teukie fancam that has KangTeuk in it (so much love, I promise you)? Yeah, that video has been downloaded by yours truly and re-upped to the wonderful place known as Youtube. ♥


Disclaimer: This is only the first 47 seconds of the video, because Korean internet hates me and won't let me download the complete file. Nonetheless! The important bit is here to see (i.e., the KangTeuk bit). I'll work on getting the rest of the video because, wow, so much Teukie love.

In slightly related SuJu news...I was plagiarized.

"How is that possible," you might ask. "You haven't even written SuJu fic, Mei. (Don't try to delude yourself.)"

Ah, you're right! What actually happened was me going through the miracle______ memories, when I stumbled across THIS FIC. You should read it. It's pretty awesome. It might even remind you of THIS FIC, if you've read my Digimon fics (I write Digimon fics? My God, it's been years).

Anything strike you as familiar? Oh, perhaps the entirety of the fic save the names and about three words and the ending?

Oh the fic, it was so bad. You'll have to forgive me. It was written in 2004. I was young and stupid and. Well.

What I don't get is why this girl would sub in Heechul and Hankyung. The fic is all wrong for Cinderella's personality. Why not use, say, Donghae? At least he's generally characterized to be a rambly spacecase. (OT: Have you all seen the talk on PKL's Wonderful Outing? BABY, don't cry, I want to give you such a big hug, omfg.)

Seriously, when I found out, I sat in stunned amazement for about five minutes. I mean, Super Junior and Digimon. Could any two fandoms be more different? What were the chances of me ever even getting into SuJu, much less stumbling across this fic? SO CRAZY, and yet so awesome. I am weirded out and kind of flattered but mostly weirded out by this.

The plagiarizer (usage?) hid her profile and her glaringly pink journal displays all of 2 entries, both dated 2006 and all about SuJu. Something tells me she's plagiarized other fics, so she's super careful about revealing other personal details.:(

Can I call her on it? :D I have a terrible dislike for plagiarizers, seeing as I've been plagiarized some time ago too-- my blog entries, to be exact. Redefining the term "steal a life," really.

Good on the mods, even though it'd be silly to try to hold them responsible for their members plagiarizing. It's not like they should check every fic; that they responded so quickly to this issue when brought to their attention is the best course of action for the mod. :)

Um...arithmetic sucks, let's see...20-3=17?) Seriously, I know that there's a lot of room for interpretation in fandom, but she must have noticed that there was a crazy amount of OOCness.

I think instead of outing her, someone should pretend to be a bubbly fangirl and gush over amazing Taito fic. Or something. My mind is not alive enough to be into devious mindgames. Not that plagiarism indicates a high level of deviousness. I can't get over how stupid that is. Really, i can almost (stress the almost b/c ppl who cheat should burn in hell and get eaten by hormonal gnats) understand plagiarizing for a paper of something b/c it's 1/2 of your grade, but plagiarizing a fic that will give you about 7 giggly comments based on a lie is really pointless. I mean really, how much satisfaction could you get from that? "Omg, I'm so glad i'm done copying that fic. It was soooooo difficult at times. I mean, really, changing all those names. It really took a lot out of me, but I'm so happy I finished. *giggle* Now i can totally move onto my next idea. ^_^ Hey, I think I saw a good Bleach fanfic the other day..."

*_* Teukie is strangely....horny. That's all I can say. Although there was an amusing amount (haha, i said mount, immaturity abounds!) of distance between him and Kangin most of the time, the straddling of the Sphinx was pretty funny. Clearly, if Kangin doesn't want him, Teukie has lots of other takers. Like replicas of ancient Egyptian statues and microphone stands (yes, my brain decided that he ran forward to go be suggestive at a microphone stand [there's a reason the camera moved there, okay?])
