things that make me happy include ayumi~
Ayumi Lee - 이 아유미
I didn't mean to make a pimp post for her, honestly. I was planning on making a post asking someone to tell me who she was so I could fangirl her properly, but I got curious and googled her. Oh Google, you are so useful. As is Wikipedia.
Ayumi is also known as Ahyoomi or Ahyoomee, because Korean romanization is a lie. She's totally Korean but was born Ito Ayumi in Japan; she moved to Korea and now speaks the language fluently. If by fluently we mean the way Hankyung speaks it, yeah. ;) I kid, I kid. Her Korean is much better than Hannie's!
Are we curious as to why Ayumi caught my attention at all? Well, these subbed episodes of Love Letter (and Xman, but I haven't had time to watch those yet) helped a lot. She's completely adorable on them: cute and ditzy but not in an irritating way--more in the way where I just want to fangirl her a lot. Which I'm doing! :D
Plus, I think she's really, really pretty. And sooo cute with Hankyung in this episode of LL. I would totally support this Korean-challenged couple. ♥

She used to be part of the Korean girl group "Sugar" but I think she's solo now. She sang the theme song to Cutie Honey here and, daaamn, she's sexy:
And then here's her explaining her name and performing part of "Cutie Honey" on Star Golden Bell (ahhh, I love Korean variety shows!) while being all flustered and embarrassed at the end.

Also on Love Letter is a dance battle where Ayumi performs with fellow Sugar member Soo Jin and they get kinda hardcore, breaking away from their cute image. It's hot, I like it. I'm biased, I know.
Oh man, and a clip from Xman China: Dangyunhaji with Kibum vs. Ayumi (eng subbed). Damn, I need to watch more Xman.
Then there's Ayumi talking and crying on YSMM (♥ YSMM) about her ex-boyfriend. ;____________; It's such a sad story and it makes me like her even more.
I think I'm going to go listen some of her music now, if I can find it, haha. And, randomly, she has a good relatonship with Hankyung, Kibum, and Siwon because she's worked with them on various variety shows.

It's probably indicative of how much less time I've been spending on LJ (interaction-wise, at least) that most of the people I think of right off the bat who've made me happy recently have been IRL...and almost all the people on LJ who've made me happy relate in some way to suJu (because that is all I do on LJ now, haha).

And I love Ayumi too, from watching too many variety shows involving SuJu. Have you seen her vs. Kibum on Xman? Also very cute. She and Hankyung were adorable! Especially when Kang Ho Dong tried to trick him into saying "2" instead of "1" and Ayumi was like "NOOOO HE'S TRICKING YOUUU!"
