Leader-sshi, I love you more than words can express. He works so hard, he bears so much responsibility, and he's so afraid of failing. The depth of his insecurity sometimes breaks my heart, because while he's far from perfect, he's so much more incredible than he believes. Leader-sshi is the one who moves me most because while I like to joke about him playing umma, he honestly depends on the other members almost more than they they depend on him - but it's really a mutual thing. That's how family works, after all.
