It would be hilarious! he'd be like, MERLIN YOU ARE NEVER TOPPING AGAIN. and Merlin would be like, I can't help that my sperm is so magical it only took ONE TIME. and Arthur would be throw things and order Merlin to get him some sort of rare food.
