I've been sick and crazy busy lately, so sorry if I didn't get to all the drabble requests over on chineseink. Things have slowed down significantly though, so I should have those up fairly soon.

(In the meantime, THIS is the singular best Merlin fic I've read in fandom to date. Epic, plotty, clever, funny, amazing. Give it a read?)

I had a good day today, so I'm all smiles and ready for a good sleep too.

I only know astolat for her Merlin stuff, but it's so good! She churns out such long and plotty things. As I'm totally incapable of that, it always amazes me, haha.

That fic by astolat is pretty awesome. Lots of plotty goodness stuffed in. There's a few others that have made me squee with glee over their plot (and length).
It's kind of awesome (while being all very sad at the sametime) that their was such a fan exodus of those in the stargate atlantis fandom right over to the merlin fandom. That's a lot of brilliant, matured writers there.

Yeah, Merlin got a ton of good writers migrating from other fandoms. Particularly SGA, but I've recognized names from Heroes and Narnia and other RPS fandoms... Awesome stuff they've produced!

Oh I think I've read that! In one of those earlier days when I was trawling for all good Merlin fic, haha. It was good! But there's lots of good stuff in the fandom.

This weekend, I've been returning to actual books. It's sort of amazing. :O I miss recreational reading!
