+ First things first: I'm officially done with my first year of law school! My last exam was yesterday and it was a bit of a disaster, but that's true for pretty much everyone, I think, so hopefully I'll be okay. Sometimes a forced curve can be a good thing?

+ I'm meitachi @ Dreamwidth, but I honestly don't know what I'm doing with the account. (No, I didn't feel like being creative and coming up with a new identity. This is pretty much who I am in fandom anyway~) I'm definitely staying on LJ, but I guess it's nice just to stake a place (and my name, lol) over there. ETA: GUYS. IF YOU'RE GOING TO ADD ME ON DW, CAN YOU PLEASE COMMENT AND TELL ME WHO YOU ARE? Mostly if you don't have the same username there as you do here. Because, seriously. I'm not that smart. I don't want to go on a mini-stalking spree to have to figure out who you are. ;_;

+ Read Hetalia. Do love it lots. Still don't want to talk about it or participate in fandom (because fandom is crazy). But, for the record, I love China and Germany/Italy. I like all the other countries a lot too, but...they just don't inspire the same sort of rabid fangirliness in me. Possibly I'm growing out of that phase? Oh god, what will I do?

+ Oh no, wait, I'm still a rabid fangirl. I took a break before my exam yesterday to catch up on some stuff on Youtube, and. Well. Kpop still tops me hard.

★ why i like you (keyboard ver.): short but not bad; a different beat though. i pretty much love this song. i wish someone would do it on a classical piano because alskdjf i am all over classical piano.
★ why i like you (english ver.): some girl came up with totally new english lyrics (not a translation) and sang - i think she did a remarkably good job. it's your typical pop song, but it's nice to have lyrics i can actually sing along to!
★ why i like you (live on tablo's dream radio): fuck me but i love this song and i love the boys singing it live. donghaaaae~ god i love your voice, and sungmin and shindong dancing makes me SO HAPPY you have no idea. they're such adorable BFF. and kry pwns as always. oh and i watched sungmin's guitar-playing duet with kyuhyun and, damn, that boy is so talented. oh kyumin duet, oh kangin on the piano i forgot how much i like him sometimes. :3
★ tablo's english: this is old but hilarious. someone took clips of tablo's english and joined them all together and holy fucking shit, what the hell is he saying? "i'm going to beat you with my toes!" ahahaha.
★ sohee speaking chinese: speaking of kpop stars speaking in other languages, here's a clip of sohee speaking in chinese that blew me away. her pronunciation is so freaking good, it's ridiculous. she's adorable. she is about 10x better than any non-chinese member of sjm, haha. actually, she might even top henry.
★ wonder girls speaking chinese: the rest of wg are incredibly good at chinese too (well, yoobin not so much, but i forgive her 'cause she knows better english than the rest of them, haha). sunye especially. aww i love leader! here is another clip.
★ suju singing heal the world: originally by michael jackson! can only understand some of their english, but aww it's such a sweet, collectively-sung song. and alskjflds donghae's voice, i will fangirl that boy forever, and kyuhyun's english. i love the way sungmin sings so earnestly and heechul is just lols conducting, like whatever. i love these boys. ♥

+ I have decided that my current favorites in SNSD are Jessica, Tiffany (Tiffany and her mom alskdjf sobbing), and Yoona, with Taeyeon, Sunny, Sooyoung as close seconds. And I like the other three too but alksdjfld these 6 sort of own my heart for now.

+ Boy has sort of been getting into kpop because of me, which I find hilarious. He loves Gee and thinks Jessica is super cute. :3 Likes the WG okay but not a huge fan of So Hot. Watched three episodes of EHB, some Star King, and started watching YSMM even! Thinks the show is hilarious. Thinks Heechul is cocky. Ahhh Korean variety shows. They make me so happy. I feel like inflicting Love Letter on him, or X-Man, or any variety of things. Kang Ho Dong makes things 10x better.

+ Speaking of Boy, next post will have pictures. :'D Plus pics of my new hair!

I've noticed several people on my f-list post about Dreamwidth so I hopped over for a peek at what it is. Is it just another journal site that's like lj?? I couldn't find anything too different between it and lj except the logo and the invitation-to-make-an-account/paid account policy for initial registration.

Uhhh...the friends thing is different, because they use "circles". You can "subscribe" to someone (read their journal) without granting them friends-lock "access". It...is a good idea, I think, but it doesn't matter that much to me because I'm not really moving over there, haha. But also there are no ads! And...minor differences, I guess?

China's adorable, but I'm not sure I ship him with Russia. Or, really, with anyone atm. I love Germany/Italy so hardcore though. *__*

Thank you! It did pass pretty quickly I guess...well, not so much this past month while I was trying to study and wait for exams to be over. It seemed to drag on for fucking ever, haha. But it's over and I'm glad!

I'm so glad you're getting into the kpop fandom! Hahas, OMG my favorite of SNSD has got to be TaeYeon. I used to like Tiffany and I think she's extremely cute & pretty, but she's had a lot of drama in the past and IDK why, but she left a bad impression on me ==;;; Jessica has an amazing voice though!

Taeyeon is so cute and has such a pretty voice. :D I have heard all the drama about Tiffany and it biased me against her but recently watching her...she's matured a lot! And she's so pretty and fun and her losing her mom makes me so alksfj ;_;. But generally I love Jessica all around though, heh.

Hahaha oh your bias. Idk if it was because I started with the main storyline or what, but I'm set on Italy and Germany. I think it's a trend I have: I make up my mind as to favorite characters (or parings) fairly early on, so you have to be super extra amazing to win me over if you show up later on...

Oh Hetalia. China was like my first huge Hetalia-related obsession and I still love him a lot, but I've branched out a bit since then, so who knows, maybe that'll happen to you too? Russia/China makes me simultaneously giggly and sad, even if I don't ship them really hard. I'm think I'm with you in that I don't really ship China with anyway. Mostly I just like seeing China and his fail with his Asian family, haha. As for Germany/Italy, I like it well enough but I'm not rabid with it as I am with other pairings. I love them in the manga though, they are so cutely made of fail~

What is Dreamwidth? :O Three other people on my flist have made posts about it and I'm unsure if I want to jump the bandwagon or not.

I HAVE I HAVE. Yeah, I heard all the Hetalia drama before I even got into fandom - crazy protests in S. Korea at their portrayal in the series. I think he's exaggerated to some extent, but so are all the nations, really. It's what makes it funny!

I generally like all of WG and all of SNSD, but yeahh I know not everyone likes them (or all of them). It's cool. As long as no one's hating on Donghae. >:(

...I've yet to watch Hetalia, but the manga, so far, is really adorable and hilarious.

I don't know if I want to watch the anime (also, still lacking time!) but the manga is really adorable and hilarious just as you say. :D
