RIP moonlight :(

My cat died. T____T

Well, I suppose she wasn't my cat (she was probably my brother's), since we didn't get her until I left for law school, but she was so precious and sweet whenever I saw her at home on my breaks.

She got FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis), apparently, which is fatal in cats. And so they had to put her to sleep today.



You guys, she wasn't even two years old.

I didn't get to really bond with her like I know a lot of people do with their pets but... :( forever. Oh Moonlight, I will miss you.

I am so sorry boo, I know what it's like to lose a pet. Regardless of whether or not you truly got to bond with her, you still loved her and so of course it hurts. *hugs* But at least she's not gonna suffer anymore.

and they just moved into a new house and she had a room all to herself and :( :( she couldn't even enjoy it. my brother texted me to tell me they buried her and i ;_______;ed and my friend pet my hair while she drove. :(

awwww *hugs* I know your pain. my first cat got hit by a car before he was even a year old. shattered his spine. he crawled all the way home. had to get him put down. worst last day of school ever.

RIP to your cat... :( Moonlight is such a really nice name.

We don't own any cats because my mother doesn't like them but we have dogs before, but they don't even last a year. They always die for some reason when they're reaching their first year. :(

OMG, I came here randomly (I can't remember who wrote one of my favourite ShinMin fanfics about soft morning lovemaking, just remember that it was one of my favourite authors, so...)

We had to put to sleep our cat yesterday. Her name was Musya and she was 16, and she was not in pain (thank God) - she just stopped to react to anything and tried to hide and couldnot walk because of her age, and though she was old it still was so sudden. Only three days ago she was okay. She went blind a half of a year back but she learned to live with it so quickly. And now I'm sitting here and can't stop crying as she was like a family member, she slept with me putting her head on the pillow and I allowed it and she liked to "talk" and it was me who saw her on the street when she was just a stray kitten and took her home and she was so neat, she could spend hours cleaning herself. And I still keep doors to kitchen and bathroom open though I already don't need to and it hurts so much that I still can't get used to her absence.

:( I'm so sorry to hear about your cat; it must be so hard to say goodbye after spending so long with her. I only have a few months - not even a full year! - with my cat and I miss her terribly even now). I guess be comforted by the fact that she wasn't in pain and she lived a long life. ♥

Still, I'm so, so sorry. /hugs. It will get easier with time, and you will always remember her fondly, however sad it is now. :(
