Ugh, canon. E/J is not as popular as I thought. :( Trust those Twifans to do it wrong. I think most of them ship Edward/Bella, Jacob/Bella or Edward/themselves and Jacob/themselves.

This is the problem. :( Most of the slashers (and good fic writers) have the good sense to stay far, far away. I, on the other hand, have lost my good sense early on. XD

I bought Unseen Academicals today! Looking so much forward to reading it~ ...that is, when I'm done with studying. Or done with reading through these recs. Coughcough.

Ahh I look forward to reading so much non-school stuff once I'm done with finals. I hope you enjoy Unseen Academicals! :D It took me forever to read because I kept getting interrupted with school, but flying home and back for Thanksgiving gave me the requisite time to finally finish it.

Ok, I can't quite believe that I'm admitting this, but the only Twilight fic that I've ever read was this (http://www.themedicinewheel.net/twilight/beauty1.html), and it wasn't really a pairing (well, Edward/male OC, but he wasn't a gary stu! it wasn't so much pairing based) and I actually quite enjoyed it, so I'll give you the one Twilight rec I have, and will ever have, just incase you're interested, and then crawl away to hide XD

ahahaha oh Mica, ilusm. Thank you for the rec! It looks intriguing. :O And such an interesting take on a character/series that really...was not awesome. I love how fic writers can give anything depth. :)

The fic had an interesting take on Edward, which I actually quite enjoyed, seeing as in the hands of someone different, a lot of Twilight could have been made a lot more readable, and maybe even enjoyable >>
