So I don't want to harsh anyone's glee - I know I've been reserved towards kpop lately anyway so take this with a grain of salt and everyone should totally flail at their own discretion - but I gotta say that I'm not exactly blown away by the SJ 미인아 teaser. Yeah, I definitely want to see the full MV and hear the song (especially because it's reported to be in the style of Sorry Sorry and Super Girl and I love those songs sfm) and watch them perform live but--

This "teaser movie" is pretty shitty as a teaser for anything other than their new look, which is honestly the same old stuff we've gotten from the teaser pics. You know what a good teaser was? The Super Girl teaser. Because that actually gave us glimpses of the music and the dance on top of the slick stylin' looks. Yeah, imho, ain't nothin' gonna live up that Super Girl teaser. And the MV was pretty damned hot too. Beat out the Sorry Sorry MV by far. I've also written "teaser" so many times now that it looks funny.

Boys, don't let me down, yeah? I know you can bring it. I know you can blow me outta this world.

In related news, Donghae totally uses honorifics when tweeting at Eeteuk and totally doesn't with Heechul. This makes me so happy happy happy. Heechul and his gigantic and epic marshmallowy soft spot for Donghae. :D And Donghae helped write songs for 4jib, eee.

Now I will return to being tipsy, disliking season four of QaF, and wondering if I've been porned out in SPN/J2 fandom. No freaking way. Are pigs flying yet? QaF has inundated me with porn to the point where I can't even enjoy it in fic anymore, whyyyy.

I'm sad to say that I felt more for f(x)'s teaser. I didn't necessarily like it but at least I felt like I'd wait and see.

Then again my opinion of the teaser might possibly be hampered by the fact that I watched it without sound 8D

hahah the sound doesn't change much, really. It's just dramatic music that doesn't preview the song except for a tiny bit around halfway through. I'm betting on the song and full MV being awesome, but I'm just not really impressed with the teaser.

MAY 10TH? :D I wouldn't know about other releases (though I watched f(x)'s) - I just care about SJ, really. I believe this song will be catchy as hell and that they will have an awesome choreo to go with it.

lol super girl is of the few recent sm teasers that sounds anything like teh real song.

mm, it was too hard to see anybody in the new sj teaser, so i wasn't a big fan of it, either. it gave a nice look at bitchface!ryeowook, though. that's pretty much the only thing i'm looking forward to.

yeah, too many dramatic shadows and not enough actual preview. I guess I was spoiled by the Super Girl teaser since that was my biggest love up til now. ♥ Reports of the song are that it's supposed to be dancey and awesome though so yay for that! That's really what I'm waiting for.

i think it was also just... they didn't do anything in the teaser. it was just a display of their look, not of the content. at least i hope not. i don't want a video that's just them spinning in circles. @_@;

yeah, very different from don't don. i liked don't don, but i'm super excited that he's doing something different yet managing to look totally badass. the boy has versatility, i tell you

Yeah there was some news clip (possibly from Arirang?) that I was watching that talked about the Malaysia SSII and the boys talked about their solo activities (they all obnoxiously cheered like fangirls for Siwon, it was hilarious) and Teuk mentioned that Donghae and Ryeowook had been helping a lot with songs and music for the fourth album. :D

I watched the teaser and went w/e. Pretty sure I'll enjoy the full MV and the album (lol the track list), but I reeeeally want to see the hilarious variety show antics. I need that kind of dumbassery and lovable boys in my life.
