I AM BACK. I will recap in more detail later if you are interested! Let me just say that it was the perfect vacation for my soul, everything I'd hoped for, and swingingstars and intomorning helped make it that extra bit of fantastic. ♥

No big update tonight; I have been traveling since noon today and I am exhausted. The friends who picked me up from the airport also dragged me to dinner (jambalaya!), but oh god I am so exhausted now that I'm finally home. On the way back in the car, this conversation happened:

FRIEND #1: (who is a good five years older than me) Young people can't be trusted!
MEI: (half-asleep in the backseat) WEAR SUITS EVERY DAY!
FRIEND #2: lolol what
MEI: Oh, I thought you said 'young people can't dress nice' :(

I am probably going to collapse in bed soon, so here are a few things I will leave you with:

- HEY. HEY. APPARENTLY T-HARD IS GOING TO BE IN NOLAN'S BATMAN 3? I hope he is not the Riddler. I hope JGL is the Riddler and T-Hard has another role and we get to see them together again. ♥!! I am already sulky about Mad Max 4 being delayed again.

- I reposted a collection of my Arthur/Eames ficlets from the fluff meme. Ridiculous Arthur/Eames fluff with anniversaries, kisses, dragons, shouting on mountains, cupcakes, gifts, and (of course) cuddling.

- I finished reading The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao by Junot Díaz today on the plane and wept a little bit. I''m still digesting it but, wow, it is really an incredible book. Magical realism, kind of, but so much more than that too.
