In other happy news HALA MADRID. ♥ They beat Barca and I'm thrilled. And right after that I got to watch the Caps beat the Bruins (with two Bruisn fans haha) for a 3-2 series lead (with a Brouwer game winner!). It was a good day for sports. It was a day that, unfortunately, made me optimistic.

Aside from this burst of excitement (_la_belle_fille and I screamed and jumped into each other's arms, making it the second Hawks game I've watched at Buff Bills resulting in a screaming session of joy - which maybe indicates I need to watch more Hawks games there), I've really had nothing to say. Life is tiring. Work is tiring! I've been reading fics and Hockey Syrup and making forochel write me fic in chat and yelling on the phone about hockey with various friends and trying not to lose the friends I have who aren't into playoffs hockey by talking about it nonstop-- It's a careful balance.

I should be asleep. I have things to do tomorrow!
