Victoria Song is the cutest person alive, oh my god. Also gorgeous, flawless, talented, badass, sexy, etc. Man, I love her. I have also been dying of Amber feelings recently, from hearing her sing in Chinese (with bonus trolling of fail!Henry) to hearing her speak in English and watching her dance, augh.

I take breaks from it and I'm no longer in the fandom proper, but let's face it: there are parts of kpop that will always make stupid happy and my biases will always contribute to that. Another great example is SJM. SJM FOREVER AND ALWAYS. I watched them on Happy Camp and it was every bit as hilariously amazing as advertised and promised and expected. DONGHAE. KyuWook shenanigans! QMI EVERYWHERE. Trolly fail!Henry. Everyone being so great and so close and so funny, never leave me, SJM. Also, He Laoshi is the best.

I then watched f(x) on Happy Camp, which was also funny and cute, but not as rib-clutchingly hilarious when most of the band doesn't have a passable grasp of Chinese and can't troll. Nana vs. Victoria's cooking competition was amazing though. Cook for me, Qian Qian! (It's glaringly obvious how much the hosts love Victoria and it makes me so happy and squeeful inside.)

And in unrelated but also fannish news of feelings: a new, longer Now You See Me trailer. Still looks amazing/terrible. Oh heist movies! Oh Jesse Eisenberg! You are the best thing.

And on a serious note, the announcement today that the NHL and NHLPA are now officially in partnership with the You Can Play Project to battle homophobia and promote equality & understanding in the sports makes me incredibly happy. I can barely believe that YCP is only a little over a year old - I was around and into hockey when they first came to be last March! It is such an amazing effort. ♥ I'm so glad it's made such progress, and I'm so glad the NHL has taken these steps.

• This NHL article gives a more in depth look into the history and process of YCP and how their style of success with the NHL might lead to partnerships with other major leagues.

I'm having a serious case of Amber feelings right now though?? I just really love that, on top of all her broships within SME, she's basically friends with EVERYONE in the KPOP sphere.

Oh and I finally got around to watching f(x) on Happy Camp last night!! It was cute, but not nearly as crazy-hilarious as the episode with SJM. Language barrier was obviously an issue, but Luna was adorable and seemed to be having a lot of fun? Also is it just me or is her Chinese significantly better than Sulli and Krystal? :0

I know SME China line is friends with the other Chinese kpoppers like Jia and Fei as well, which is super cute. Except for how I only pay attention to the SME China line lolol, and by which I really mean just AmToria & HenMi because I don't know EXO at all. /o\

But I like it when people I like are friends with people I like! See for example the excellent taste in biases Heechul has.

Luna's accent isn't great but she's way more willing to speak Chinese, which I think probably puts her spoken Chinese at a higher level just because she's willing to try and learn.

eee Jesse Eisenberg feelings for everyone \o/ I will go read those fics. Also I keep seeing the stills of Jesse & Ellen Page from To Rome With Love and finding it disproportionately weird. I have no idea why!

Puck Daddy's comment is beautiful. I'm so proud of the NHL/NHLPA for partnering with this, especially after individual players have been taking part in You Can Play videos for the past year already. It honestly makes me proud to be a hockey fan. <3

hehehe Happy Camp was everything glorious.

Yeah, there were some actual tears yesterday but they were good ones. I am also really glad hockey took this step forward, and was the first major men's pro leagues to do so. It is an indication of where we are going as a society, and the progress makes me really happy. (Even if I made the mistake at looking at some of the comments on articles, ouch.)

Never look at those comments! But I am so, so proud that the league decided to do this and that the players have all been so supportive. Brian Boyle's comments broke me, he was so honest and sincere, and it must have been hard for him. <3

Have you been keeping up with Mimi in Taiwan? I think I ship Mimi/Calvin now after the hotel incident.

Well he's been hanging out a lot with Danson, Claire, and Calvin, and he referred to Calvin as his "scandal boyfriend". So apparently once Calvin dragged his luggage to Mimi's hotel room, and Mimi's manager called to ask if the two of them were sleeping together or something. And Calvin was asked if Mimi was his boyfriend and he said yes.
