Okay, so my iPod might be possessed. It keeps turning on by itself every few mins, even after I repeatedly turn it off. Should I be concerned?

Forty-five minutes ago:
Now it's progressed to turning itself on and off every few seconds. iPod, IS THERE SOMETHING YOU'RE TRYING TO TELL ME? I don't know Morse!

Thirty minutes ago:
Unless the humidity here has fucked with the battery, I can't think of another rational explanation for this. If I am killed by a possessed iPod - well. It was nice knowing you guys.

Now:
I think it's settled down now though I have no idea why. I'm afraid to touch it and reactivate it; it might never turn off again.

I'll just leave it lying there innocently on my bed, stripped of headphones and cords. Be good, iPod. Be good.

Just in case, though, there are a few pointless things I wanted to say before I die:

(1) FUCK YEAH SJM'S NEW SONG TO BE RELEASED ON TAIWANESE RADIO ON THE NIGHT OF FEB 14.
(2) FUCK NO DUKE. Actually fuck you too Carolina. How do you blow a halftime lead like that?

HOW DOES ONE ACQUIRE AN EXORCIST, LYNN? I only know about them via manga and they are always like...hot guys or hot girls in robes who inevitably end up on adventures or in sex. Maybe this reflects the kind of manga I read... Maybe this is not entirely helpful to me. orz

my laptop turned itself on at 3am last night for no apparent reason. As in, the lid was shut and everything. I was woken up by the disk drive making weird noises and my ipod lighting up as it was still connected.
