I think that's what Reese Witherspoon's character said in the restaurant scene? "Tuck, I'd let you to meet my friend [Captain Fine]." And his last name is Hanson, so Tuck Hanson? Sounds distinctly un-British, but it's the cracky awesomeness of this movie that I DON'T CARE. I can watch CPine and THard enter a room in suits in slo-mo all day long. Mmmm.

Lmao Tuck Hanson. I wonder if they'll even bother coming up with an explanation for random British dude in the CIA, or if it'll just be one of those things you don't question, like when main characters travel to another country and natives speak to them in their native language and the main character just sort of understands it. There's a trope name for this, I know it, I just don't have the time to look it up right now. 8D

Noooo. Are we talking about hooking up only? Or the potential for ~real relationships? Because you have to consider that Eames is probably not the sort to settle down, considering his career! It would be tough for captain Fine too, but at least he has his own starship and they (ostensibly) allow families on board, so that may be more stable for the long-term. BUT KIRK IS SUCH A PLAYER AND EAMES IS CULTURED. BUT KIRK HAS A GOOD HEART AND EAMES IS VERY SOLO DUDE I'M-IN-IT-FOR-MYSELF SHTICK.

AND THEY ARE BOTH SO CHARMING.

I'm a little torn b/c the premise of the movie applied in a irl situation would be kind of sucky BUT it's THardy and CPine and Reese Witherspoon (Ilh so much~) and there are SUITS and THEY LOOK FANTASTIC. THardy and CPine's shenanigans/bickering is hilarious/adorable. GAH, THARDY IN THAT PLAID SHIRT WITH HIS SMILE. /swoons Haha, "Make it rain" was great.
