FIRST, hockey. Yesterday was a terrible sports day for me because ALL MY TEAMS LOST, ugh. Tomorrow's not looking great either, considering who the Canes and Hawks are up against... Being invested in sports is the worst.

Whatever, dudes, I can't even be heartbroken because I'm too pissed. The England NT is shit and played like shit. Germany was amazing and I love them. Baby darlings are so cute, so clinical, so unselfish in their playing - they pass so well and they work together as a team. Podolski, you are so adorable, ilu. Özil, Schweinsteiger, Müller, Neuer, oh man - what an incredible goalkeeper. Mad props all around for Germany, you are definitely now #2 in my heart, right after Spain. I hope you go far. :)

Though, to be fair, the score should have been 4-2. England's second goal was clearly a goal and having it disallowed was pure crap. I still have a lot of pent-up rage about that (fucking ref, fucking FIFA) but I can't say that would have changed the outcome of the game considering how England was playing. (Really awfully.)

The sad past-KyuMin current-QMi Sungmin-dealing fic I've always wanted to write but never did...now exists! I knew someone else would write it if I waited long enough, hohoho. and even my soul is wet, PG-13, KyuMin/QMi. Awesome!Hyukjae.

I rewatched Super Show I tonight and alskdghd fuck, I love SJ-T so hard. Miracle as the encore made my heart clench a little because I think that will always be the epitome of old, perfect, happy SuJu - even though technically Kyuhyun wasn't part of SuJu then. Nothing can beat Life couldn't get better, hey! okay? I don't know why. As much as I love Dancing Out...

Anyway, I was watching with my brother, whose favorites have gone from Yesung to Eunhyuk, even though I swear he can't recognize Eunhyuk half the time... He also likes Sungmin. Mei, with her favorites of Donghae, Heechul, and Kyuhyun, thinks with despair: Where did I go wrong? T____T Not that I don't love his favorites, because I do, but clearly my biases have not been inflicted properly! I blame being away for school.

ON A TOTALLY NON-KPOP NOTE: I was home for Thanksgiving, so I met up with efio_47 and 0sweet_tart0 to watch Ninja Assassin and New Moon.

...in the same vein of this shame...I left New Moon craving fic. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. DRUGS MAY HAVE BEEN INVOLVED. I had no idea what I was looking for, really, but I thought I'd start off with slash since, y'know, it's how I roll. So twilight_slash introduced me to the joys of Edward/Jacob and, uh. Well. I might have found 2 or 3 good fics. I promised intomorning I'd make some recs when I got over the shame. (Read: never.)

Unless you guys happen to be slightly interested? Interested despite yourself and all your good sense? Let me tell you now, every single Edward/Jacob fic in the world essentially starts with Jacob imprinting on Edward. Some fics do it better than others. In my opinion, it's all better than Breaking Dawn, where SMeyer canonically has Jacob imprinting on Edward and Bella's baby girl. Gross x1000.

SO, NOW THAT YOU KNOW MY SHAME, I will just...slink back into my hiatus quietly...
